Kindly, read these Terms of Use, carefully, before accessing the KENISCO platform. It is, highly, recommended that persons below the age of 18 years seek guidance from a guardian before using this platform. Accessing KENISCO platform means you have understood and accepted to abide by the provisions spelt out. Please note that from time to time these provisions would be reviewed and updated on this website. It is your duty to regularly check and familiarise yourself with the provisions. If at anytime you do not agree with these Terms of Use, we advice you discontinue the use of the platform.
 

DESCRIPTION OF THE KENISCO PLATFORM

 

This is a platform that enables one to perform airtime, data, paytv, bulk sms etc transactions over the internet using mobile money or bank transfer or visa card etc. Members are rewarded a percentage of the transaction they do. This money is saved on their DASHBOARD on the platform. Members are also offered the opportunity to introduce new members to the platform and are rewarded once the new members make transactions.

 

 

FAILED TRANSACTIONS AND REVERSALS ON KENISCO

 

In situations where a transaction does not go through but the user is debited, you are required to send complaints to complaints@kenisco.com with the following information: Name of account holder, phone number of the account holder, phone number of the recipient for which the service was performed for if different from the account holder, amount involved, date of transaction and any other relevant information. An investigation will be conducted and the appropriate action taken.

 

 

NOTICE FOR KENISCO

 

Communications between KENISCO and its clients will be done through the email address and phone number(s) provided. Should you decide to change them, do so by updating your profile information under settings.
